Paper backing flap disc is made by overlapping coated abrasive flaps and adhering flaps firmly by a paper plate. Owing to its design the layer of abrasive are constantly being exposedand a very consistent finish is provided during the life of the disc. These flap discs are recommended for high speed sanding and heavy duty removal on stainless steel and carbon steel aluminum.
