Convolute wheels, a special applications include Light Debur and Polish Wheel (LDP), Rapid
Finishing Wheel (RF), Debur Excel Wheel(DEX) and Light Polishing Wheel(PP).
LDP is suitable for various of precision polishing and light deburring. It can be 100% replace the
application of Scotch brite light deburring wheel. The applications include polishing of sport ware,
surgical tools, coreless polishing, auto parts etc.
RF includes more mineral in the structure and is suitable for highly efficient finishing and light
deburring. It is a good substitution of Bear-tex 1000 series long life convolute wheel.
DEX has a little coarser finish than LDP, 100% replacing EXL/EXL2/EXL3 convolute wheel, suitable for
many kinds of grinding&deburring applications, such as metal cutting edge burrs, keyway burrs, wire
edge burrs, piston ring burrs, aluminum profile burrs, burrs on forming parts, plastic parts flashes, etc.
PP is focus on precision finishing and polishing, it can achieve super fine surface roughness, it has
several grits options including VF, SF, UF, etc. target for the applications request final finishing to
achieve best quality of surface.
